In our community each day RSVP  has the opportunity to serve with a variety of senior volunteers giving of their talents, knowledge and time to better the lives of those they come into contact with.  Whether as a Foster Grandparent who cradle an infant, or helping the child learn to read they are shaping our future.  Our Senior Companions who instill dignity with a level of independence through companionship and respite.  Our volunteers can choose assignments that support more social contact and team work or they can work in their own home knitting hats, scarves, mittens and lap robes. Volunteers can learn new skills in crafts, counseling Medicare/Medicaid recipients, tutoring students, or providing community education in emergency preparedness.  Come join us!

We have a simple, but robust mission: to help people in need. We do that by focusing on community-based efforts including education, awareness, and food aid. We want to make a difference.

If you have able hands, we want your help. Whether it's serving food aid in a kitchen, painting walls of a newly repaired home, or collecting donations, we need you. And so do communities in need.
